" I would recommend Abbey to anyone. When my son was injured with a TBI, it was very devastating and life changing. I had never had an experience like this in my family, or even with my friends. When I was in the hospital by my son's bedside, Bonnie called and offered me her assistance. I was still very unsure of her role or even mine, with people coming and going; some were even telling me my son may not come home for months, or maybe even ever. From the minute that Bonnie offered her assistance, a lot of stress and planning was lifted off my shoulders . It has only gotten better since then. They set my son up in occupational, speech, and physical therapies within two weeks of coming home from the hospital. I had really never heard of case management before and wasn't exactly sure what to expect, but what they really are, are Angels without wings. Without them, I would be lost. They schedule all of his doctor's appointments; they are the ones that find the therapy places and any doctors or specialists that we may need. Also, if my son was sick they will call and cancel, reschedule, or do whatever needs to be done. They also go above and beyond the call of duty. During the holiday season, they adopted my family and presented us with a gas card, which was a blessing and helped me be able to transport my son to his appointments, treatments, and therapies. Without case management, my whole family wouldn't have had a clue where to start. I really couldn't say enough about how helpful and what a blessing they have been for us. Without them, there is no doubt that my son would not be getting the proper treatment and therapies he requires in order for him to get the proper healing."

"My wife and I hired Bonnie and Abbey Consulting after my wife suffered a traumatic brain injury due to a car accident in 2010. Bonnie is still our case manager today, and my wife's medical needs are long term. We consider Bonnie a true friend and someone who gets things done. Bonnie has helped relieve the stress we had in the beginning dealing with multiple doctors, appointments, issues...it was very stressful for me as a husband. I highly recommend Bonnie and her team for people that need help navigating and managing complex medical conditions and treatment plans."
